Vale of Glamorgan The Wales National GC is a Parkland course designed by Peter Johnson& Terry Jones at a length of 7414 it has 18 holes with a medal par of 73 and a 73 SSS Rating. Situated in the town of Hensol it is one of the Wales Golf Courses that RateYourCourse recommends that you not only play but provide a golf course review for our golf communities.
The par 73 Wales National Golf Course, opened in June 2003 by Great Britain Olympic gold medalist Sir Steve Redgrave, has already hosted Europro and Challenge Tour events and was the venue for the Sky-televised FIRSTPLUS Wales Seniors Open in June 2006 and the Wales Challenge Tour in 2007.
