The Dyrham park country club is a Parkland Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones at a length of 6428 it has 18 holes with a medal par of 71 and a 71 SSS Rating. Robert Trent Jones is known the world over for creating courses such as Hazeltine (venue of the 2016 Ryder Cup) and Valderrama, as well as for remodelling holes at Augusta National - legendary home of the US Masters.
Dyrham park country club epitomises his philosophy, "no risk, no reward". Several holes boast challenging water features with the 7th being a spectacular signature hole across a shimmering lake. Despite the watery dangers, the course can reward golfers of all abilities, while the natural beauty of the Hertfordshire countryside provides a wonderful natural backdrop to this exquisite golf and country club.
Close to the Clubhouse is a large and fully equipped practice ground plus an 18-hole putting green, an excellent chipping area and full-surround practice nets. These offer players an excellent opportunity to warm up for a round or spend some quality time honing their skills. There is also a well-stocked halfway house situated close to the 1st and 10th tee offering a wide selection of refreshments.
