In my Srixon Z Star Golf Ball Review I felt that the ball was good to putt with and I rated this 7 out of 10, the ball felt slightly firmer when driving and with the approach shots the ball had a good Ball Flight and Trajectory. Whilst paying with the Srixon Z Star I had a tendency to overclub but the in spite of that the ball felt great off the club. In conclusion I felt that this was a very good ball but unfortunately I lost it in the water.
In my Golf Ball Review of the Srixon Z Star I felt that the ball is a fantastic alternative to the Pro V1 and such likes, it will last longer but still scuffs with the wedges.
The feel off the club was lovely, meduim softness so not like smooth butter as the Srixon AD but enough to give you feedback on your ball strike.
It stopped quickly enough with my long irons on the green, and plenty of back spin even with my 8 iron, my only fault with the ball is that it didn't stop quick enough around the green.
As for driving, its as long as any of the other tier 1 balls out there, the flight is penetrating and you get a descent run out.
I would happily play with this ball regulary.
In my Golf Ball Review of the Srixon Z Star I felt that it was really a good ball and it is able to be used as a soft ball with loads of spin for chipping and approaching. The Ball Flight and Trajectory of this ball is pretty good and although a soft ball it gave pretty good distance off the tee. I rated my overall enjoyment of the ball as 8 out of 10 and I felt it the Srixon Z Star is a really good offering.
In my Golf Ball Review of the Titleist NXT Golf Balls i've found this ball to be far better in colder weather than most other brands of golf ball , as it's distance is alot longer of the tee (maybe as it is a harder ball ) on colder days. I did also feel that the ball lacked control with the Irons and control with the short game but it did putt pretty well and I rated this 7 out of 10.
This is the summary of my Srixon Z Star Golf Ball Review, the ball is not available in most Golf shops and is a bit more expensive than most other balls. To stop the ball with this club is easy and the fell off the club was amazing and with great control. One of the things I found with the Srixon Z Star ball was that spin and roll was hard to control.
