The Remedy Oak Golf Course is a Parkland Golf Course, it has 18 holes. Situated in the town of Woodlands it is one of the South West Golf Courses that you may want to play and add to our golf course ratings to see if it will become one of the RateYourCourse best golf courses.

The Remedy Oak Golf Course is set amongst 256 acres of ancient woodland, which lends to a sense of maturity and stature even though this course is brand new. Although the course is still pretty new it has the potential with time to become one of the finest South West Golf Courses. The 18 hole championship layout has been designed to challenge golfers of all levels and is a classical Heathland Golf Course. With various water hazards and tall woodland trees purposefully placed, golfers certainly need to choose their shots wisely. A superbly maintained golf course with accessible driving range and practice area, Remedy Oak Golf Club is already a very popular golfing venue and is set to get even better over the years.

In my Remedy Oak Golf Course Review I found booking the round was nice and easy and the accessibility of the course was also very good. I was welcomed on arrival and found getting around was very nice and simple. The changing rooms were excellent and the pro shop was also very good. The practice range was superb and I rated the putting green as 8 out of 10. The course is situated in a great area with lovely scenery and environment surrounding it and a great atmosphere around the course. The tees, fairways and greens were all brilliant and the course bunkering and course yardage marking was also fantastic. I had a timely tee off and there was no delay in the speed of play during the round. I think there is a real challenge presented and I rated the layout and design of the course as 9 out of 10. In summary of my Remedy Oak Golf Course Review I think this course is definately worth the money and I thoroughly enjoyed playing the course.

In my Golf Course Review of the Remedy Oak Golf Club I would say this is the best setting of any course in Dorset. Its a good challenge from the back tees as the course is just over 7000 yards. Its in good condition, most if the time. The greens are in average condition most of the time but can be as good as the best course in the uk but this is not often. The Remedy Oak Golf Club can get very wet in the winter so I would only play in the summer months. The clubhouse is great for food and is good value, the staff go out of there way to help you with everything. Its a must play, in the summer!

During my Golf Course Review I was at The Remedy Oak Golf Club which is one of the best settings for golf in Dorset A tree lined course with plenty of holes with water in play, like the 2nd hole, a good par 5 with water short and right of the green. With your long hitters going for the green in 2 makes for a good shot. The 8th hole is a short par 4 with water short of the green. For the longer hitters its a good risk reward shot as its only 270 to drive the green. The 11th is a tough par 3 from the back, needing a well hit long iron. The course is in good condition from April through to October. The course can get a little wet in the winter but still a great day out. The staff are very friendly.

Without doubt in my golf course review of Remedy Oak Golf Course I found it to be the best course in the Bournemouth area !!!! Despite being only 5 years old.It plays superbly from March to October but can be a little wet in the winter months.
