For my Golf Course Review I played this on a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon in July. Avoid on a windy day.

This is a Council owned club. The club house is shabby and quite frankly I wouldn't let my dog lie on the carpet but despite this I was still asked to remove my golf shoes. That said I had a fantastic chilli before starting.

Now this is a hilly course which leads up from the beach at Seaford, most holes have spectacular views. When you get to the top on the par 5 you are greeted by the white cliffs of Beachy Head - amazing. However the last par 5 back down the hill to the club house is just breathtaking.

The course is well used by both golfers and ramblers but in fair condition. The greens where long and slow, but in immaculate condition.

For £17 this is the best value for money in the South.
